What You'll Need
- Formuler device (Z8, Z10, Z11, GTV, CC, etc.)
- Stable internet connection (wired recommended)
- Your PiqTV Portal URL and credentials
Supported Formuler Models
This guide works with all Formuler devices including:
- Formuler Z8, Z8 Pro
- Formuler Z10, Z10 Pro, Z10 Pro Max
- Formuler Z11, Z11 Pro, Z11 Pro Max
- Formuler GTV, GTV BT1
- Formuler CC
Step 1: Connect Your Formuler Box
- Connect your Formuler Box to your TV using an HDMI cable
- Connect the power adapter
- Connect an ethernet cable for best performance
- Power on the device
- Complete the initial setup wizard if prompted
Step 2: Find Your Device ID
Formuler boxes use a Device ID (not MAC address) for portal activation.
- Open the MyTV Online app (pre-installed on Formuler devices)
- The app will display your Device ID on screen
- The ID format is: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX
- Write down this ID and send it to PiqTV support for activation
Important: Formuler Device IDs start with 00:1A:79. If you see a different format, you may be looking at the MAC address instead.
Step 3: Add Portal (Stalker Method)
This is the most common setup method for IPTV services.
- Open MyTV Online (or MyTV Online 2/3)
- Click on Add Portal or the + icon
- Select Portal as the connection type
- Enter a Portal Nickname (e.g., "PiqTV")
- Enter the Portal URL provided by PiqTV support
- Click Connect or OK
- Wait for the portal to load
Alternative: Xtream Codes API Setup
If your provider uses Xtream Codes credentials instead of a portal.
- Open MyTV Online
- Click Add Portal or +
- Select Xtream Codes API
- Enter a Nickname for your service
- Enter your Username
- Enter your Password
- Enter the Server URL
- Click Connect
Alternative: M3U Playlist Setup
- Open MyTV Online
- Click Add Portal or +
- Select M3U Playlist
- Enter a Nickname
- Paste your M3U URL
- Click Connect

For Z8 and Z10 series. Stable and feature-rich.

For older Formuler models. Basic but reliable.
Troubleshooting
Portal not connecting?
Make sure your Device ID is registered with PiqTV. Contact support if you haven't provided your ID yet.
Wrong Device ID format?
Formuler IDs start with 00:1A:79. If yours is different, you may need to convert your MAC address to the correct format.
Channels not loading?
Check your internet connection. Try restarting the app or the device.
EPG not showing?
Go to Settings in MyTV Online and refresh the EPG data. This may take a few minutes.
